Future emergency responders can apply by March 1, 2027, for a chance to win $2,500.
Fresno, CA — Students who are interested in careers as EMTs, firefighters, law enforcement officers, paramedics, and emergency responders now have the opportunity to apply for financial support through Fowler | Helsel | Vogt. The firm’s new Protecting Those Who Protect Us: First Responder Scholarship promises $2,500 to an outstanding student who wants to use their professional skills to protect their community.
To apply for this scholarship, qualifying students should create a video between three and five minutes long discussing what experiences in their lives have moved them to dedicate themselves to the safety of their communities. Students can also use their videos to discuss how their unique skills can help them support people in need.
These videos should be entirely original and not AI-generated. The inappropriate use of AI to create a video for the Protecting Those Who Protect Us: First Responder Scholarship will result in a student’s removal from the applicant pool.
Students have until March 1, 2027, to complete their videos and submit them for consideration. Applicants should upload their completed videos to YouTube as unlisted videos, then include a link to those videos with the application form found on Fowler | Helsel | Vogt’s website.
The scholarship selection committee with Fowler | Helsel | Vogt reserves up to three months to choose a winner from its applicant pool. A Fowler | Helsel | Vogt representative will contact the winning student, after which the firm will share the winner’s name and achievements on the Fowler | Helsel | Vogt website.
The team’s Fresno personal injury lawyers look forward to celebrating a student who wants to dedicate themselves to protecting the safety of others. For more information about the Protecting Those Who Protect Us: First Responder Scholarship, please visit the scholarship’s terms and conditions page.
